Domestic shipping
Most cartons need an address, service level, label, and tender before cutoff.

International shipping
Goods need a commercial invoice and, when required, brokerage. Documents-only shipments still need a complete address.
After you ship
Tracking, proof of delivery, returns, and claims sit on the same tracking number.
Quick answers
- Cutoff
- Pickup or drop-off after the local cutoff moves the shipment to the next sort. Express Overnight is not next-day if tender is late.
- Billable weight
- The higher of actual weight and dimensional weight sets the rate. See the Fuel and Accessorial Guide for named surcharges.
- No first scan
- A printed label with no pickup or drop-off has not entered the network. Use Where's My Package before opening a claim.
