Where's My Package
Start with the tracking number. Most delays are a missed cutoff, a weekend sit, or an address that needs a unit number. Use this page after Track does not explain the gap.
Check These in Order
Stop when one of them matches. Do not skip to a claim if the carton was never tendered.
- No scan at all
- The label was printed but not picked up or dropped. Schedule pickup or take it to a location. Tracking cannot invent a first scan.
- Quiet between hubs
- Ground often sits a business day on line-haul. Express that misses cutoff is not next-day. Holidays at origin or destination add a day.
- Address
- Missing unit numbers delay the first attempt and can add an address-correction charge. Delivery Manager can hold or redirect only if the service allows it.
- Customs
- Export and import holds wait on documents. Brokerage is not a tracking bug. The shipper or importer of record has to answer the query.
- Delivered but not in hand
- Read the POD. Safe place, neighbor, or pickup point may be the scan. Then check the location named on that record.
When to Open a Claim
A claim is for loss, damage, or shortage after the rules in Claims Center. It is not a way to speed a carton that is still moving. Filing early does not change the sort.
If Track shows delivered and the POD does not match what you received, file damage or shortage and keep the packing. If there is no tender and no drop-off, there is no carriage yet.

Track the Number First
Most answers are on the scan history. Open Track, then come back to this list if the history still does not fit.
