Delivery Manager
Change an upcoming delivery when the carton is still in the network and the original service allows it. Not every label can redirect. Signature-required and high-value products often cannot.
Request a Change
Use the tracking number on the carton. Changes requested after the out-for-delivery scan may miss the courier already on the route.
What Each Action Does
- Reschedule
- Moves the delivery day. It does not upgrade Ground to Express Overnight. Missed windows follow the next delivery day for that route.
- Redirect
- Sends the carton to another address in the same service area when the product allows it. Extra charges can apply. Restricted and adult-signature goods often cannot redirect.
- Hold
- Stops the carton at a listed location for pickup with ID. Hold time is limited. Unclaimed cartons return toward the shipper.
The Shipper Can Block Changes
If the label was printed with a no-redirect flag, Delivery Manager refuses the request. That is common on jewelry, wine, and consignee-pay shipments.
The shipper still sees the original destination on their tracking. Tell them if you hold or redirect so they do not file a false delay claim.

Order of Operations
01
Confirm the scan
Open Track. If there is no tender, there is nothing to reschedule.
02
Submit before out for delivery
Earlier changes are more likely to reach the route. Same-morning requests can miss the truck.
03
Watch the next scan
Accepted changes show on Track. Refused requests leave the original plan in place.

If the Carton Already Delivered
Delivery Manager cannot move a completed stop. Use returns or a new outbound label.
