Questions About Solution Pages
Solution pages explain how freight is tendered. Labels, bills of lading, and pickup still use parcel, freight, and trade services.
Do I pick an industry page or a shipping service first?
Open the industry or need page to see how freight usually leaves that dock. Then book a parcel or freight service — Express, Ground, LTL, truckload — from the account. The solutions page does not create a label.
Can one account cover more than one industry?
Yes. A manufacturer that also sells spare parts online uses manufacturing lanes for pallets and e-commerce parcel tools for cartons. Sales maps both onto the same login.
When should I use Small Business versus Enterprise?
Small Business uses published rates and online tools. Enterprise is for volume pricing, multi-site accounts, and written service levels. Sales confirms which fits your monthly carton or freight volume.
Does healthcare shipping always require cold chain?
No. Documents and many kits move as Express Overnight or Ground. Book Cold Chain only when the product insert lists a temperature. Confirm the commodity with sales before pickup.
Where do returns and customs fit?
Returns Logistics issues inbound labels for goods coming back. International goods still need Trade Compliance and, when required, Customs Brokerage. Those sit on top of the physical shipment.
