From Paid Order to a Scan at the Door
Retailers need a published transit day at checkout, a pickup that matches pack-out, and a tracking number the customer can open. Vandelta Ground and Express Overnight cover most domestic cartons. Same-Day Metro is only for addresses inside a listed city.
Volume shippers store inventory in Warehousing and Fulfillment so pick and pack happens at a Vandelta building. Outbound still uses the parcel services on the account. International orders use export labels and, for goods, brokerage.

Rate at checkout or in the warehouse
Origin, destination, and carton size set Ground or Express. The transit day shown is the one you must pack to.

Print the label and tender
Schedule pickup after pack-out, or drop at a location before cutoff. Late tender moves the delivery day.

Track and take returns
The same tracking number is sent to the buyer. Authorized returns use Returns Logistics inbound labels.

Ground for day-definite cartons. Express Overnight when the promise is next business day. International Export when the address is outside the country.
Document and Parcel ShippingComing back
Issue an RMA and a prepaid return label. Volume programs route inbound to a fulfillment building or your dock. Declare value if the goods still have cost.
