Happy Returns
The shopper drops the item at a listed location. Vandelta scans it, packs the inbound carton, and sends it to the return address on the RMA.
A Drop-Off Instead of a Printed Label at Home
Most parcel returns start with a label the buyer prints. Happy Returns starts at a staffed drop-off. The associate matches the RMA, takes the item, and the buyer leaves without a box.
Inbound still moves on Vandelta Ground or LTL, depending on cube. Volume retailers route inspected goods to a fulfillment building or a liquidation dock. Damaged items are photographed at intake.

How a Return Reaches the Dock
01
Authorize the return
The retailer issues an RMA in its system. Happy Returns only accepts SKUs on that authorization.
02
Drop-off and scan
The shopper hands the item to a listed location. The scan is the first tracking event. No home printer required.
03
Inbound to the return address
Items are cartonized and tendered. Transit follows Ground or freight rules for the destination you set.

What the shopper does
Bring the item and the order ID. Keep original packing when the RMA requires it. Leave when the associate confirms the scan.
What the retailer receives
A tracking number, intake photos when damage is noted, and a carton to the warehouse or store you named on the program.
