Handled Apart from the Standard Sort
Parcel Pro is for items that cannot ride the standard belt: art, wine, jewelry, instruments, and documents with a stated value. Cartons are scanned at extra checkpoints and released only to the named recipient.
Transit days follow Express Overnight or Ground, depending on the lane. Coverage is InsureShield on the same label. Restricted contents still need Trade Compliance before pickup.

Declare the commodity on the quote. Surprise contents at the dock delay or refuse the pickup.
- Wine and spirits
- Adult-signature delivery. Origin and destination must allow the commodity. Temperature-controlled lanes use Cold Chain, not Parcel Pro.
- Art and instruments
- Crate or double-wall carton to the packing rules. Signature required. Photograph condition at tender.
- Jewelry and watches
- Declared value on the label. Release only to the name on the airbill. Do not mark the carton with contents.
- Original documents
- Express Overnight with signature. Keep copies. Parcel Pro does not replace a courier for same-hour legal filings.
