Website Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By loading this site, creating an account, or using Track, rates, or label tools, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you use the site for a company, you represent that you may bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Additional rules appear on specific tools (for example, file formats for batch tracking). Those rules are part of these terms for that tool.

2. License to use the site

Vandelta grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the site for lawful shipping, tracking, billing, and account tasks. You may not copy the site to run a competing service, scrape rates or tracking at a volume that degrades the service, reverse engineer the tools except where the law allows, or frame the site so it appears to belong to someone else.

Rate quotes, maps, and tracking displays are for your shipping decisions. They are not a public data feed. Automated collection without a written API agreement is prohibited. Developers use the Developer Portal under a separate agreement.

3. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate account data and keep credentials to yourself. You are responsible for labels, pickups, and payments made while signed in as you, including those made by someone you allowed to use the login. Tell Vandelta if you believe the account is compromised. We may lock an account that shows fraud, unpaid invoices, or abuse of the tools.

How we store and use personal information is described in the Privacy Notice. Security of your own devices and email is your responsibility.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to:

• Ship or advertise illegal goods, or evade customs or sanctions.
• Harass Vandelta staff or other users, or post malware in forms or uploads.
• Probe, scan, or overload the site except as part of a coordinated security test that Vandelta has approved in writing.
• Impersonate Vandelta, including pages that collect passwords or card numbers. See Protect Against Fraud.
• Misuse tracking pages to threaten a consignee or to publish someone else’s address without a legitimate shipping purpose.

5. Your submissions and our marks

When you send a support message, a claim file, or other content, you give Vandelta a license to use that content to handle the request, operate the network, and meet legal duties. You still own your content. Do not upload files you have no right to share.

Vandelta, the Vandelta wordmark, and related product names are marks of Vandelta Logistics or its companies. You may not use them in a domain, ad, or app that suggests you are Vandelta.

6. Website disclaimers

The site is provided as available. Tracking, maps, and rate tools can be late, incomplete, or interrupted for maintenance. We do not warrant that the site is free of errors. Transit information on a web page is not a guarantee of delivery time unless the shipping contract for that service says it is.

To the extent the law allows, Vandelta is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that comes only from using or being unable to use the website (for example, a browser crash before you printed a label). Liability for the goods themselves is in the Terms and Conditions, not here.

7. Third-party sites

The site may link to payment processors, app stores, or government pages. Those sites have their own terms. Vandelta is not responsible for their content. Payment-card data entered on a processor’s page is handled under that processor’s notice and ours, as described in the Privacy Notice.

8. Law, termination, and changes

These website terms are governed by the laws applicable to the U.S. Vandelta entity that operates vandelta.com. We may suspend access for breach, fraud, or legal demand. We may change these terms by posting a new version. The effective date is at the top of this page.

If a sentence here is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These website terms are the agreement for use of the site. They do not create a partnership or employment relationship.
