Before you go
- Label first
- Print the shipping label before drop-off. Staff cannot invent a tracking number at the counter for unpaid tenders.
- Cutoff
- Drop after the local cutoff posts on the next sort. Express Overnight needs tender before the Express cutoff posted for that location.
- Hold for pickup
- Use Delivery Manager when the service allows a hold. Bring photo ID that matches the consignee name on the label.
