Schedule a Pickup
Pickup is a request for a courier to collect labeled cartons at an address. It is not a dedicated truck unless you booked Full Truckload. The courier scans each label. Unlabeled cartons are left behind.
Ready time and cutoff
Enter the time the cartons will be closed, taped, and at the place you named (front desk, dock, lobby). If that time is after the cutoff for your postal code and service, the first attempt is the next pickup day. Express Overnight that misses cutoff is not next-day; it follows the next day’s Express sort.
Regular shippers can set a recurring pickup through sales. This form is for on-demand stops. Cancel a request before the courier is dispatched if the cartons will not be ready. A missed pickup after dispatch can bill a missed-pickup accessorial.
What the courier needs
- Each carton already has a Vandelta label facing out.
- The piece count on the request matches what is on the floor.
- Restricted goods are declared on the label. The courier can refuse undeclared hazardous material.
- Access: a buzzer code or a named person if the dock is not public.
