The address book is a list of places you ship from and to more than once. Saving an address does not book a shipment. It only stores the fields so you do not retype them. On a signed-in account, the same list is available to every user you invite. In this browser, the list stays on this device.

What belongs in a saved address
Use a complete deliverable address: unit or dock number, city, state, and postal code. Missing unit numbers are the most common cause of an address-correction surcharge and a delayed first attempt. Company names help the courier at a multi-tenant building; they do not replace the street line.
Do not save a consignee’s address in a shared account if your company policy treats that file as confidential HR or patient data. Those moves belong on a restricted account with fewer users.
Using a saved address
When you create a shipment, copy the city and postal code from this list into origin or destination. Signed-in tools will fill the form in one step. Remove an address you no longer use so a colleague does not ship to a closed dock.
