Billing and Invoices
Each tendered shipment produces invoice lines: transportation, fuel, and any accessorials. Statements group those lines by account and bill period. Pay from the statement, not from a PDF that arrived from an address outside vandelta.com.

How to read a line
Every charge cites a tracking number or a pickup confirmation. Open that number on Shipping Labels or Track. Transportation is the service rate for billable weight. Fuel is a percentage published for that week. Accessorials (residential, signature, additional handling, address correction) are named on the line. If a name is unclear, the Fuel and Accessorial Guide defines it.
Payment and disputes
Payment methods on the account (ACH, card on file, or check as contracted) apply to the whole statement. Partial payment should name the invoice numbers you are paying. A dispute must include the tracking number and what is wrong (weight, service, duplicate). We still expect payment of lines you do not dispute.
Unpaid accounts can lose online print and pickup. Questions: Contact Us with the invoice number. Do not pay a “past due” link in mail that is not from vandelta.com.
