Get Rates and Transit Times
A rate is the price for a specific service, origin, destination, and carton. Transit is the number of business days after a timely tender, not the clock time the courier rings the bell. Compare services here before you print. The invoice can still change if we measure a different weight or size.
How the quote is built
Origin and destination postal codes set the lane. Weight is the scale weight you enter. If you also enter dimensions, dimensional weight (length × width × height divided by the divisor for that service) is compared with scale weight. The larger number is the billable weight. A light item in a large box often costs more than the scale suggests.
Express Overnight assumes tender before that origin’s cutoff. Ground uses business days and skips origin and destination holidays. Export quotes do not include duty, tax, or a brokerage fee unless the tool says they are included. Those post after clearance.
What the quote does not include until invoice
- Fuel surcharge in force on the ship date, not the quote date.
- Residential delivery, signature, additional handling, and oversize.
- Address correction if the unit number is missing.
- Return labels, which are a second shipment.
