vandelta.com, as you see it now, is published for shippers, consignees, and account holders who book, track, or pay in the United States, in English. Pages, transit days, and rate tools on this site assume U.S. origin rules, U.S. holidays, and the service list sold on a U.S. contract unless a page says otherwise.

A “Global Home” page exists so you can confirm the country site before you print a label or open an account. Using the wrong regional site can show a transit day that does not apply to your origin, or an account type that cannot tender in your country.

What stays the same on every Vandelta site

Tracking numbers issued by Vandelta resolve on any Vandelta website that offers Track. The number does not change when you switch language or country. Proof of delivery, when it exists, is tied to that number.

The legal documents in this sidebar apply to this U.S. English site and to shipments tendered under a U.S. Vandelta account. A regional site may publish a local privacy notice or shipping contract where the law of that country requires it. If two documents conflict for a shipment, the contract on the account that paid for the label or bill of lading controls the move. Website terms control how you use the pages, not the carriage of the goods.

Accounts and regional sites

A U.S. business account is billed in U.S. dollars, uses U.S. pickup calendars, and is the record we match to invoices, claims, and privacy requests sent from this site. If your company also ships from another country, that origin usually sits on a separate contract. Do not assume that signing in here shows every lane your company books worldwide.

Personal shippers who create an account on this site can print U.S. domestic and U.S. export labels that the tools allow. Import into the U.S. on a foreign account follows the foreign contract and the U.S. brokerage rules on Customs Brokerage.

Language

This site is written in English. Some tools accept addresses in other scripts when the destination country requires it, but support replies from this site are in English unless your account names a different language for a dedicated desk.

The language selector in the header, when it is offered, changes display language for this U.S. site. It does not move you to another country’s rate card.

Other regions

Vandelta also publishes regional sites where we sell locally. Those URLs, when live, are listed from this page and from the country selector. Until a regional site is listed, treat vandelta.com as the U.S. site only. Do not use a third-party page that copies our marks and asks you to sign in.

If you need a rate from an origin outside the United States, contact sales with the origin country, commodity, and whether the goods already move on a Vandelta account. Sales will tell you which site and which contract to use. Do not print a U.S. domestic label for a foreign pickup.
