Enter the tracking number from the label. Scans post when the carton is picked up, sorted, and delivered. A number with no scan has not been tendered yet.
How a Scan Gets on the Number

Tender
Pickup or drop-off is the first scan. A printed label with no tender does not move and has no live history.

Sort and line-haul
Each hub or gateway that handles the carton adds a scan. Gaps of a business day on Ground are normal between cities.

Delivery
The last scan is at the door or a pickup point. Proof of delivery, when captured, is available after that scan.
