Proof of Delivery
A POD is created after the delivery scan. It can include a signature, a delivery photo, or a location stamp, depending on the service and what the driver captured.
No Delivery Scan Means No POD File
If Track still shows in transit or label created, there is nothing to download. Wait for the delivery scan, or use Where's My Package if the transit day has passed.
Some services do not collect a wet signature. Indirect signature, a safe-place photo, or a pickup-point scan can still count as POD for that product.

What a POD Can Show
- Signature
- Name or mark captured at delivery when the service required it. Adult signature is a separate option at booking.
- Photo
- Where the carton was left, when the driver used a camera. Not every stop has a photo.
- Time and place
- The delivery scan city or facility and the timestamp. That stamp is the one claims use as delivery.

Using POD on a Claim
Attach the POD file when you file. Keep the carton until the claim closes.
