Uses the address you enter here or the address on the account. Service messages about a shipment you booked are not marketing; they continue if you leave a mailing list.

SMS

Available on a signed-in account with a verified mobile number. Carrier message rates may apply. Stop codes work on those messages.

Which Events Fire

Exception: Delay, weather, address, or customs hold. Not every quiet day between hubs is an exception.
Out for delivery: The carton is on a local route that day. The window is not a timed appointment unless Delivery Manager set one.
Delivered: The delivery scan posted. Download POD after this event if the service captured one.
