About service alerts

  • Does an alert change my published transit day?

Yes, when the alert says so. A weather hold can add a business day. A holiday means no pickup or delivery that calendar day. The tracking page shows the revised estimated delivery when scans resume.

  • Should I still schedule pickup during an alert?

You can print a label. Pickup may be skipped or moved if roads or the local station are closed. Check the alert region against your ship-from ZIP before you tender.

  • Where do I see the status for my carton?

Open Track with the tracking number. Alerts explain the network; the scan history explains that shipment.
