Accessibility
Vandelta Logistics builds vandelta.com so customers can track, ship, and get help with keyboard, screen readers, and other assistive technology. Report barriers so we can fix them.
What we aim for on this site
We follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a practical target for public pages and account tools.
- Keyboard
- Primary tasks — track, create a shipment, contact — are reachable without a mouse. Focus styles stay visible.
- Screen readers
- Form labels, headings, and button names are written for assistive technology. Decorative images are hidden from the accessibility tree.
- Contrast and text
- Body text and controls meet contrast targets. You can zoom browser text without losing critical actions.
- Motion
- Decorative motion respects reduced-motion preferences where the design system supports it.
Report an accessibility barrier
If a page blocks you from tracking, shipping, or reading an invoice, send a message through Contact Us. Include the page URL, the assistive technology you use, and what failed. We route accessibility reports to the web team.
Account customers can also use the phone number on the invoice or statement. Physical locations vary; call ahead if you need an accessible entrance or counter height — see Locations and Drop-Off.
Third-party content
Maps, payment widgets, and embedded documents may come from other vendors. If one of those blocks access, tell us the page and we will either fix the embed or provide an alternate path (for example, a phone update or PDF by email).
